By using Materials Tracker by GuestRAR, you agree to these terms.

Service

We provide a SaaS platform for tracking workspace assets in and out of premises. Access is granted for the subscription period assigned to your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Workspace admins are responsible for users they create within their workspace.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces' data.

Subscription & Expiry

Trial and paid access periods are defined by account dates. Expired accounts lose access until extended by an authorized administrator.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. GuestRAR is not liable for losses arising from incorrect asset records or failure to follow your internal security procedures.
